  1. Customer takes complete responsibility of belonging to legal age as per the government regulations for consumption of alcohol.
  2. MALT AND MORE shall not be held responsible regarding concerns related to originality of the brand/liquor delivered.
  3. Delivery of chilled bottle of ordered alcohol is strictly subject to availability. MALT N MORE shall not be liable to return any amount debited upon cancellation of order due to this reason.
  4. App convenience fee is purely charged by MALT AND MORE as an aggregator and has nothing to do with the Licensee partner on board.
  5. Due to the inevitable conditions, MALT AND MORE does not guarantee the delivery time to customers.
  6. On acceptance of our terms & conditions, customer confirms that he/she holds a valid permit issued by the government authority for ordering/purchasing/consumption of ordered alcohol.
  7. In case of non-availability of a valid permit in possession of the customer he/she is responsible for issuing it fromĀ contact us for the issuance of the same.
  8. MALT AND MORE takes utmost care to achieve contact less delivery.
  9. To achieve safe transactions, payment shall be done only to our authorized delivery boys after arriving at the given address, via UPI on delivery by scanning the QR code given by our delivery boys or by cash.

MALT AND MORE does not ask customers to pay online or share bank/card details or any kind of OTPs from any UPI platforms.

  1. All the details entered on the platform shall be confidential.
  2. MALT AND MORE online platform is a data collection platform only. all the orders shall be strictly processed and confirmed via telephone/text message/WhatsApp etc.very address only.
  3. Once the order has been placed on MALT AND MORE platform, our executive shall personally confirm the order, dispatch the same and process for payment at the deli
  4. We will be charging 120 Rs Delivery fee per order received.
  5. Hard Drinks orders after 5 Pm will be processed the next day.
